The opposition of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier
The Romain Tribaut champagne "the opposites" is a concept and the result of a differentiation between two blends of mono-varietal from a selection of parcels and villages between two geographical areas well distinct and chosen: the vallée de la Marne and the cote des blancs. The "opposites" range as its name suggests is therefore to create a contrast between the black grape "Meunier" and the white grape "chardonnay", then by their vintage scale of the Brut vallée de la Marne and Grand cru cote des blancs . Give back to the honor the Meunier, a grape long used for blend champagnes from our three Champagne grape varieties (pinot noir, Meunier and chardonnay)
