The
effervescence is active, it produces a large carpet of bubbles on the surface
of the wine. The dress is a beautiful straw gold. The wine is clear and shiny.
The first nose
is expressive, it combines elegance and aromatic complexity. With aeration, the
wine opens with notes of exotic fruit. All accompanied by nice spicy notes
(vanilla). Finally a touch of roasting and dried fruit.
The attack in
the mouth is rich and greedy with a beautiful freshness underlying. There is a
warm profile accompanied by a subtle note of eucalyptus
that complete the aromatic bouquet seen in the nose. A balanced finish that
leaves a pleasant residual freshness. It ends on a fair
balance between residual freshness and gluttony.
