A pretty perennial foam
serving with a nice persistence on the glass parison. The dress is a pretty old
gold hue with coppery highlights. The clarity is perfect.
The first nose
expresses elegance and gluttony. On aeration, delicate notes of fruit from the
orchard in syrup, accompanied by smoky notes. Finally, a touch of hot
wheat and fresh butter.
The attack in the mouth
favors freshness while maintaining a delicate balance with the ripeness of the
wine. In a second phase notes of toasted almonds accompanied by a touch of
pastry bringing a gourmet character. In the final, a tangy return brings a nice
length to this wine.
