THE ESSENTIALS
Champagne Romain Tribaut
The Les Essentiels range embodies the style of the Romain Tribaut house through three cuvées representative of Champagne know-how.
Vinified in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the purity and freshness of the wines, these champagnes are sublimated by a disgorgement liqueur made from wines aged in barrels, bringing complexity and depth.
This range highlights the balance and elegance of the Champagne grape varieties through three expressions : Brut d’assemblage, Blanc de Blancs and Rosé d’Assemblage.
THE OPPOSITES
The opposition of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir
The Romain Tribaut champagne “the opposites” is a concept and the result of a differentiation between 3 blends of single varietals from a selection of villages between the 3 historic terroirs of Champagne: the Vallée de la Marne, the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. The “the opposites” range as its name suggests is therefore to create a contrast between our 3 different grape varieties Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, then by their cru scale of Brut vallée de marne, Premier cru Montagne de Reims and Grand cru cote des blancs.
A special mention to put the spotlight back on Meunier, a grape variety long used for blended champagnes
